Emotion and elegance. Grit and grace. Strength and subtlety. It’s a finely poised balance forged through the crucible of world-class competition that very few can attain.
Katherine is on a legendary path, driven by passion – tempered by charm and character.
BECOMING THE FIRST
Worldwide auto racing features an exciting variety of machinery, sights and sounds. But there is one common thread of success across the entire spectrum of motorsports: First. First to the finish line. First in the starting lineup. First on the time sheets. First in the history books. And few active drivers in global racing have achieved more firsts than Katherine Legge. Driven to succeed at the top level, Katherine was the first woman to win a major open-wheel race in North America, taking the checkered flag first in three races in the Toyota Atlantic Championship in 2005. She was the first woman to compete full time in the Champ Car World Series, in 2006. And she also became the first woman to lead a lap in that series.
Katherine’s list of accomplishments also includes a full test in Formula One, the world’s most prestigious series. She has spent the last three seasons as an Audi factory driver in the DTM, the world’s top touring car series. Her versatile talent, which translates to any race car, has created broad international appeal with media and fans.
Now Katherine is bringing her passion and personality back to the United States with one goal: Becoming the first woman to regularly win major motorsports events and truly compete for a driver championship in a top-level racing series.
Katherine Legge has spent her entire career achieving a variety of firsts. Spend a few minutes with her, and you’ll quickly see how she can help your company, team or brand finish first in the race for success.

Welcome back Katherine!
So glad your back, I’ve missed you. I’ve been a big fan since I first seen you at the “pink” weekend at RA.
Your kindness, professionalism and humility show in how you carry yourself, your attitude and your smile. I wish all professional athletes would take notice how you do things. They all could learn something.
If you don’t have anything going at the end of June, come back to Road America! I would love to see you in a stock car beating all the left-only turners!
Good Luck Katherine!!
PS – I have a bunch of hi-res photos of your pink car weekend. If you want them I’ll gladly sign them over to you. Just let me know.

Katherine
This site is much different than the other one. I am glad I copied many of the photographs you had displayed on that site. I have them on my computer as a slide show on my desktop. I miss seeing you race at Road America. I’m one of your fans that was frustrated not being able to watch you race in Europe because those events are not televised here. Americans love to watch NASCAR race drivers run around in circles. BORING! Hopefully you’ll be back and will race again at my “backyard”, Road America… Love, David

Congratulations, Katherine!! Speedtv reports a revived Dragon racing with Katherine alongside “Seabass” Bourdais! That is better than great news. Alongside the experience of Bourdais, Kat will have a chance to reach her potential and show what she’s got without nearly so steep a learning curve as she might otherwise face with a one-car team or less-experienced teammate.

Katherine, can you confirm yet?

[...] she will become a member of Dragon Racing and be sponsored by TrueCar. Legge has more than one accomplishment to her name. For instance, she became the first woman to get a victory in a major open-wheeled race [...]

Great news go show the world what us Brits can do, oh forgot you already did that one, hope you have a great year, you have nothing to prove anymore so just go out and enjoy yourself and claim a few podiums on the way.
Good luck.
A fellow Brit here in the US.
